• Bachelor's degree in Network Engineering, Telecom Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 2 years of experience in telecommunications with optical network infrastructure and data services.
• Experience with Unix/Linux administration and scripting/coding in a DevOps environment.
• Experience in network operations and troubleshooting in IP and optical environments.

• Respond to network outages by diagnosing Layer 1 to Layer 3 network errors and completing repairs.
• Develop workflows and systems to diagnose optical Layer 1 and Layer 3 network issues.
• Participate in 24/7 global team shift rotations.
• Provide remote support for field operations related to network repairs.
• Communicate repair status and updates to high-level customers as needed.
