• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of experience in building and shipping technical data products, data pipelines, or large-scale analytics frameworks.

• Build scalable growth frameworks, data capabilities, and features to strengthen product adoption and understand user interactions.
• Apply and evaluate advanced machine learning and statistical techniques to analyze massive datasets, extracting actionable insights.
• Be responsible for the large-scale storage of cross-product data, maintaining data pipelines, and establishing common definitions for responsible access.
• Partner closely with data scientists, product managers, and central organizations to align data architectures and develop valuable company-wide insights.
