Job description

The Semiconductor Product Operations Engineer at Raxium will be part of a team focused on developing custom silicon solutions for Google's consumer products. This role involves driving progress in semiconductor manufacturing, particularly in post-wafer processing and assembly. The engineer will leverage their expertise to enhance product operations and ensure efficient workflows. The position aims to contribute to innovative display technologies that bridge digital and physical experiences.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing, with a focus on post-wafer processing, dicing, or sub-assembly builds.
  • Master's degree in Engineering or equivalent practical experience is preferred.
  • Proficiency in configuring and navigating standard operations systems (MES/PLM) to establish manufacturing routes and sequences.
  • Strong background in data analytics (SQL, Python, JMP, or Tableau) with the ability to perform root-cause analysis and trend identification.
  • Ability to author high-fidelity Work Instructions (WIs) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for a technical audience.
  • Ability to distill complex engineering changes into clear, actionable steps for production technicians.

Responsibilities

  • Provide the production control and logistics team with precise technical guidance on product operations and engineering changes.
  • Lead the cross-functional coordination on translating technical requirements into actionable steps for OSPT and builds.
  • Utilize standardized MES workflows to promote efficiency in the process flows.
  • Manage the logistical aspects of product movement and coordinate with Production Control and Logistics teams.
  • Extract and synthesize MES and JMP data to track real-time dashboards for OSPT Cycle Time (CT) and performance.
