• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Experience with distributed Linux/Unix environments is necessary.
• Familiarity with container technologies such as Kubernetes and Docker is required.
• Knowledge of scripting languages like bash or python is essential.

• Manage deployments of Apptio services to AWS GovCloud.
• Monitor key performance indicators of services running in AWS GovCloud.
• Author and maintain documentation of deployment and monitoring processes.
• Use runbooks to troubleshoot and triage production issues.
• Detect issues and handle Tier 1 troubleshooting while serving as 'remote hands' for Tier 2-3 issue resolution.
• Participate in on-call rotation and perform maintenance of the platform, including patching, resets, and upgrades.
