• Bachelor's degree is required.
• 10+ years of finance, accounting, ERP, or finance transformation experience is necessary.
• 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations is essential.
• Proven experience in client-facing consulting or billable delivery roles is required.
• Strong communication, analytical, and delivery management skills are necessary.

• Lead client-facing finance workstreams across various project phases.
• Facilitate workshops with finance stakeholders to define requirements and align on design decisions.
• Translate finance priorities into D365 Finance solutions that enhance operational efficiency.
• Configure and advise on D365 Finance capabilities including General Ledger and Accounts Payable.
• Manage finance backlog items and coordinate with client and IBM project leadership.
