Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
  • 6+ years of experience in technical program delivery, including hands-on software development and testing experience
  • Proven experience building and scaling cloud-native platforms with a strong understanding of underlying technologies
  • Strong track record of delivering programs using Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban

Responsibilities

  • Plan and manage multiple related technology projects from initiation through successful delivery
  • Collaborate across multiple scrum teams to ensure alignment and manage dependencies
  • Lead the end-to-end execution of engineering work across delivery teams and dependent organizations
  • Engage with external partners, including technology teams, vendors, and clients
  • Produce required documentation to support delivery and governance
  • Monitor program metrics and enhance reporting mechanisms to maintain alignment with organizational objectives
