• Strong frontend experience with Next.js, Web Components, and Module Federation.
• Experience with cloud-native applications on Azure, AWS, or GCP.

• Lead and manage 1–3 teams, aligning to organizational goals and fostering collaboration.
• Review code and manage the tech debt backlog while staying close to delivery.
• Serve as the technical decision point, providing guidance and supporting troubleshooting.
• Plan, sequence, and prioritize teamwork, identifying dependencies early.
• Set weekly/sprint goals, drive demos, and prepare demo scope and dry runs.
