Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree and approximately 9 years of related work experience, or a master's degree and approximately 7 years of related work experience.
  • A minimum of 7+ years of delivery experience working with multiple project teams.
  • A minimum of 7+ years of experience working with P&C insurance carriers, specifically commercial and specialty line carriers across the claims function.
  • Demonstrated ability to build trust and manage high-level executive relationships.
  • Strong writing, presentation, conceptual, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
