• A bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, or Analytics and 2 years of related work experience, or a graduate degree and approximately 18 months of related work experience.
• Experience in management consulting, investment banking, corporate strategy, or operating roles with significant exposure to growth, go-to-market, or operational improvement.
• Strong proficiency in Excel modeling and PowerPoint storytelling.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and take ownership of deliverables.
• Understanding of financial statements and operational performance metrics.

• Conduct structured, data-driven analysis to identify root causes and quantify opportunities using Excel and other tools.
• Drive structured analysis to develop actionable, data-backed recommendations across various business areas.
• Prepare client-ready deliverables and contribute to presentations with increasing independence.
• Support Directors and Partners by preparing materials and insights for client meetings.
• Take ownership of discrete workstreams and lead internal and client discussions with limited oversight.
