• A bachelor's degree with at least 2 years of related work experience, or a graduate degree with approximately 18 months of related work experience.
• Familiarity with multi-modal agent frameworks such as LangChain and RAG pipelines.
• Knowledge of vector databases like Pinecone and Weaviate, as well as LLM fine-tuning.
• Strong understanding of ML workflows, including data ingestion, analysis, and evaluation.
• Fluency in Python and experience with PyTorch or TensorFlow.

• Partner with business and strategy leads to translate business needs into executable AI workflows.
• Assist in defining the end-to-end architecture for AI agents that integrate various components.
• Participate in model selection, feature design, and embedding strategy.
• Design and build robust data pipelines that are scalable and reproducible.
• Serve as the technical execution lead for high-visibility client engagements.
