• A bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, or Analytics and 5 years of related work experience, or a graduate degree and approximately 3 years of related work experience.
• An MBA is preferred.
• Experience in a consulting environment working with insurance clients, including property and casualty, life and annuity, and/or brokerage.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into meaningful insights.
• Experience leading and managing in complex business environments.

• Manage and execute operational focused projects supporting client service teams.
• Develop and execute strategies for transactions during pre and post deal phases.
• Build strong working relationships with senior clients to provide influence, advice, and support.
