Job description
The EY Growth Platforms AI ML Engineering Director will lead the development and execution of innovative AI solutions that drive strategic growth for Fortune 500 clients. This role involves collaborating with business leaders, data scientists, and project managers to translate business needs into actionable AI workflows. The director will oversee the technical execution of high-visibility client engagements and guide a team of engineers through project lifecycles. This position is critical in building and maintaining advanced analytics platforms within EY-Parthenon.
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in Business, Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science, Analytics, or a related field and 5 years of related work experience, or a graduate degree and approximately 3 years of related work experience.
- Full-time, hands-on experience applying AI/ML to solve real-world problems.
- Familiarity with multi-modal agent frameworks such as LangChain and RAG pipelines.
- Expertise in vector databases like Pinecone, Weaviate, or Chroma.
- Strong understanding of ML workflows including data ingestion, analysis, transformation, and evaluation.
Responsibilities
- Partner with business and strategy leads to translate business needs into executable AI workflows and data pipelines.
- Define the end-to-end architecture for agents that integrate LLMs and analytics components.
- Lead model selection, feature design, embedding strategy, and prompt frameworks.
- Design and build robust data pipelines that are scalable and reproducible.
- Collaborate with Data Engineering and DevOps on pipeline integration and system deployment.
