Arcadis is seeking a detail-oriented Geologist or Environmental Scientist to join the Resilience Environment team in Jacksonville, Florida. This entry-level full-time position focuses on delivering sustainable solutions while adhering to health and safety procedures. The role requires strong communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Candidates will engage in both field and office tasks, contributing to the improvement of quality of life through environmental consultancy.

• Bachelor of Science (BS) in Geology, Geosciences, or Environmental Science
• 1 - 3 years of related work experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Must possess a current valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Proficient in digital applications

• Oversee drilling operations and install monitoring wells
• Conduct soil, groundwater, and air sampling in compliance with State and Federal standards
• Implement injection or other in-situ based remedial technologies
• Provide oversight for system remedial installations and subcontractors
• Take extensive and detailed notes while coordinating with project team members
• Support emergency response efforts for environmental incidents
• Manage data compilation, manipulation, and evaluation
• Assist in writing and preparing technical reports and work plans
• Prepare cost estimates and proposals
• Coordinate work schedules with subcontractors
