Arcadis is seeking an Entry-Level Geologist or Environmental Scientist to join their Resilience Environment team in Melville, NY. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s of Science in Geology, Hydrogeology, or a closely related field.
  • Strong organizational and team building skills.

Responsibilities

  • Execute environmental site characterization, investigation, and remediation tasks.
  • Conduct fieldwork including soil, groundwater, and vapor sampling.
  • Oversee the work of subcontractors.
  • Write and prepare technical reports, work plans, letters, and memoranda.
  • Travel regionally for fieldwork, averaging 1-2 days per week.
