• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 4+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python.
• Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements.

• Lead cross-team engineering efforts to build business critical products for publishers and buyers on the Monetize platform.
• Design and implement scalable solutions including new features and enhancements of the platform.
• Participate in planning sessions with Product Management and Engineering team leads to construct feature requirements and specifications.
• Produce prototype features quickly and gather feedback from clients.
• Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to increase code efficiency, maintainability, and robustness.
• Support and debug production level issues and provide fixes in an expedient manner.
• Mentor junior engineers on best practices in software development.
