This role is a seasoned professional position focused on improving processes and workflows within the Banking, Credit, and Investments platform. The individual will collaborate with sales teams and internal partners to enhance the client experience and ensure compliance with regulations. They will leverage their subject matter expertise to influence decisions and support the training of peers. The role requires strong analytical and interpersonal skills to manage client requests effectively.

• 5-8 years of relevant experience, preferably in wealth management or financial services roles.

• Apply specialized knowledge related to onboarding to complete monitoring, assessment, analysis, and evaluation of processes and data.
• Partner with sales teams and liaise with internal partners to fulfill client requests while maintaining constant communication.
• Ensure all documentation is current, accurate, and complete, fulfilling requests promptly.
• Support clients navigating the KYC/onboarding and account opening processes while evaluating moderately complex issues.
• Demonstrate subject matter and industry expertise, influencing decisions through advice and facilitation.
• Assess and escalate risk in business decisions to safeguard the firm's reputation and assets.
