• 5-8 years of relevant experience as a Business Analyst, Solution Architect, or Product Owner, with a significant portion within the financial services industry.
• Demonstrable domain expertise in Risk & Compliance within financial services.
• Proven experience with Generative AI concepts and their potential impact on business processes.
• Solid understanding of enterprise data architectures and data governance.
• Experience with Identity and Access Management (IAM) principles.
• Extensive experience working in Agile environments with a deep understanding of Agile principles.
• Proven experience as a Product Owner, including managing product backlogs and writing user stories.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively with diverse technology teams.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and forward-thinking.

• Formulate and define systems scope and objectives for complex projects.
• Consult with users and clients to solve complex system issues through in-depth evaluation of business processes.
• Support system change processes from requirements through implementation.
• Consult with business clients to determine system functional specifications.

• Act as advisor or coach to new or lower level analysts.
