Job description

The Consumer Product Sales Senior Analyst is a key role within Citi's U.S. Consumer Cards business, focusing on analyzing product performance to drive product strategy. This position involves collaboration with various teams such as Decision Management, Analytics, and Marketing to optimize product performance and enhance customer experience. The analyst will monitor profitability and performance metrics while managing product initiatives and ensuring compliance with regulations. This role requires strong analytical and communication skills to effectively support sales and marketing efforts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • 5-8 years of experience in sales, training and/or support preferred
  • Ability to analyze data and identify trends to improve performance indicators
  • Proven success record in selling and/or leading others
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint

Responsibilities

  • Analyze product performance to drive product strategy and optimize marketing initiatives.
  • Monitor product profitability and performance against financial targets.
  • Review analytical dashboards to ensure product operates as intended.
  • Manage product roadmap initiatives and ensure cross-functional alignment.
  • Coordinate and prepare presentations for updates with senior management.
  • Lead and execute key control initiatives to ensure compliance with policies.
  • Support sales executives with specific business initiatives and training.
