This role involves designing and developing custom digital circuits for CPUs at Intel. The team focuses on high-speed custom circuit and memory compiler designs for various Intel products. The position requires collaboration across functions to optimize circuit performance, power, and area. The goal is to enhance the functionality and efficiency of CPU designs.

• The candidate must have a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or any STEM related degree.
• 1+ years of experience in CMOS circuit design, digital logic, and optimization.
• Experience in circuit design trade-offs for power, performance, and area.
• Memory design experience is preferred.

• Design and build custom digital circuits for a CPU, including memory and caches.
• Perform circuit design, schematic entry, and simulation for CPU blocks.
• Create block level DFT models and develop memory test tools.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to report design progress and resolve performance issues.
• Optimize performance, power, and area of CPU circuits.
