The Software Development Engineer (SDE) role within the Corporate Services Security (CPSS) Seals Team focuses on building innovative security solutions that automate security processes and enhance application security. The team collaborates with builder teams to minimize security risks while enabling business operations. This position involves architecting and developing native AWS solutions, utilizing technologies like Generative AI and security frameworks. The SDE will play a crucial role in creating reusable security libraries and tools to streamline secure coding practices across the organization.

• 4+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
• 3+ years of non-internship design or architecture experience of new and existing systems
• 3+ years of designing and developing large-scale, multi-tiered, multi-threaded, embedded or distributed software applications using C#, C++, Java, or Perl
• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field
• Experience programming with at least one software programming language
• 3+ years of full software development life cycle experience, including coding standards and code reviews
• Knowledge of computer architecture, operating systems, and parallel computing

• Architect and develop innovative security automation tools that leverage Generative AI technologies.
• Collaborate closely with security engineers and software development teams to understand their needs.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest software development and security trends and drive their adoption.
• Design and implement preventive and detective security systems that enable developers to ship secure code continuously.
• Build reusable security libraries, tools, and frameworks that serve as paved paths for developers.
