Job description

This role involves supporting the development of advanced III-V devices at Apple. The team is dynamic and focused on crafting innovative products that will delight millions of customers. Requirements

  • B.S. Degree in Material Science, Electrical Engineering, or an equivalent field.
  • 10+ years of relevant experience.
  • Ph.D. degree in Material Science, Electrical Engineering, or an equivalent field.
  • Experience with epitaxial growth and fabrication of optoelectronic devices.
  • Experience scaling III-V development projects from R&D to NPI.
  • Experience with optoelectronic device testing.
  • Experience with failure analysis and reliability.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
  • Excellent data analysis and problem-solving skills.
  • Accountable with a self-initiative and proactive attitude.

Responsibilities
