Job description

NVIDIA's Silicon Co-Design Group is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead the execution of complex chip development programs. This role involves defining operational methodologies, tracking program health, and making decisive calls in high-pressure situations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering and program management, particularly in semiconductor environments. The focus is on improving systems and processes while leveraging AI as a tool for enhancement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's in Engineering, Business, or related field or equivalent experience; MBA/master's a plus.
  • 10+ overall years in technical or engineering organizations; 5+ years in program management, ideally in semiconductor or complex hardware environments.
  • Working knowledge of silicon, system, and product design cycles.
  • Proven composure and decisiveness under pressure and high visibility.
  • Strong analytical capability in data, statistics, and trend analysis.

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end execution methodology including cadences, governance, and reporting.
  • Make forward-moving calls in high-visibility settings under tight turnaround.
  • Define, track, and own program health KPIs such as schedule alignment and delivery quality.
  • Apply statistical analysis and trend detection to surface risks.
  • Own alignment across engineering, operations, product, and executive leadership.
  • Close risks effectively rather than just reporting them.
  • Deploy new processes by earning trust and demonstrating value.
  • Capture lessons and drive measurable improvements in speed, quality, and predictability.

Benefits

  • Employees at NVIDIA are often offered comprehensive, day-one benefits—including medical, dental, and vision coverage with HSA support, life and disability insurance, an Employee Assistance Program, and a 401(k) with auto-enrollment. Many roles also have generous time off and holidays, donation matching (up to $10,000), and a wide menu of extras like FSAs, commuter benefits, legal and identity-theft protection, pet insurance, and wellness discounts. Optional programs can include student-loan and home-purchase support, plus family care resources and expert medical services.
