Job description

The Technical Program Manager will lead the planning, execution, and coordination of GPU frameworks and graphics features at Apple. This role is part of the Graphics, Gaming & Machine Learning team, which is responsible for delivering high-performance GPU drivers and Metal Frameworks across Apple's product ecosystem. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and organizational skills, thriving in a dynamic environment while collaborating with engineering and product teams. This position is crucial for driving the feature release lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring reliability and performance.

Requirements

  • 5–10+ years of program management experience in software, hardware, or systems engineering environments.
  • Exceptional communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
  • Prior PM or engineering experience driving graphics/compute API and software/hardware feature development lifecycles.
  • Solid understanding of GPU Drivers, graphics pipelines, and silicon acceleration.
  • BS/MS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.

Responsibilities

  • Lead planning and execution of GPU frameworks and graphics features.
  • Coordinate cross-functional efforts across engineering teams.
  • Drive the feature release lifecycle from initial concept through software launch.
