The Data Conversion Manager will lead the transformation and conversion of client data within Fidelity's Stock Plan Services team. This role is crucial for onboarding clients and ensuring their seamless integration into the equity compensation platform. The team focuses on both new client implementations and ongoing changes, working collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. The position requires strong project management skills and the ability to build relationships with clients and business partners.

• 1-3 years of project coordination and delivery experience
• Client-facing experience
• Equity compensation knowledge preferred
• Experience with Mainframe and Systems Development Life Cycle
• BS/BA Degree in Business Management or Computer Science preferred
• Proven project management and process skills within data-centric projects
• Strong data analysis capabilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and related tools
• Excellent relationship-building and communication skills
• Advanced problem-solving skills with the ability to assimilate information quickly
• Ability to work independently

• Manage the end-to-end data conversion process from requirements gathering to successful production load
• Build strong partnerships with business partners, clients, and third-party vendors
• Effectively balance multiple assignments and priorities
• Communicate project status and technology issues to sponsors, stakeholders, and senior management
• Collaborate with Workplace Investing management teams and business partners to share approaches, develop solutions, and improve capabilities
