The team focuses on developing training programs and collateral materials to support field resolution of metrology issues. This position also engages in new technology development and promotes these technologies to customers. The ideal candidate will work closely with R&D and engineering teams on various projects, ensuring effective communication and project management.

• Doctorate degree with no related work experience, Master's degree with 3 years of related work experience, or Bachelor's degree with 5 years of related work experience.
• Strong communication skills, especially in technical writing.
• Good working knowledge of testing techniques such as spectroscopy, titration, and HPLC.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve basic customer issues.
• Proficiency with personal computers and industry-standard software applications.
