The role involves mentoring other engineers and guiding the team in NLP, speech analytics, and generative AI model development. You will leverage modern cloud technologies and open-source tools to tackle complex data challenges in the financial industry.

• Advanced degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience designing, building, and deploying AI/ML models in production environments.
• Extensive hands-on expertise with Natural Language Processing (NLP) and computational linguistics.
• Proficiency in programming with Python and experience with modern ML libraries.
• Experience with cloud-based workflows and real-time data technologies.
• Demonstrated technical leadership and mentoring skills.
• Ability to communicate complex technical topics clearly to both technical and non-technical partners.
• Experience working with audio data pipelines and conversational AI.
