Job description

Bee's Engineering team is seeking experienced full-stack engineers to lead the development of innovative products that enhance user experiences through ambient intelligence. The role involves collaborating with various teams to create tools and applications that prioritize developer experience, accessibility, and enterprise AI solutions. As a technical leader, you will have end-to-end ownership of projects and contribute to the growth strategy of the company. This position offers the unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment while leveraging the resources of Amazon.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
  • 5+ years of programming experience with at least one software programming language
  • 5+ years of experience leading design or architecture of new and existing systems
  • Experience as a mentor, tech lead, or leading an engineering team
  • 5+ years of experience in the full software development life cycle, including coding standards and testing
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent

Responsibilities

  • Build products and tools that enhance developer confidence in using Bee's ambient intelligence platform.
  • Develop access programs and tooling to make ambient intelligence usable for diverse communities.
  • Work on enterprise AI products that facilitate effective ambient intelligence across workflows.
  • Drive user acquisition, engagement, retention, and monetization through data-driven strategies.
  • Collaborate directly with product, design, and hardware engineers to implement ideas rapidly.

Benefits

  • Employees at Amazon are often offered comprehensive health benefits—including multiple medical plan options (no pre-existing condition exclusions, 100% covered in-network preventive care), dental and vision plans, a 24/7 medical advice line from day one, expert second-opinion services, and broad mental-health support with several free counseling sessions (including pediatric). Financial wellness typically includes a 401(k) with company match (up to 2%), Restricted Stock Units (equity), FSAs, an emergency savings program, product and partner discounts, and even college-savings and home-purchase programs. Overall, the package is designed to support employees and their families’ health, finances, and day-to-day life.
