The Senior Software Engineering Manager for AI/ML GenAI at Google Cloud AI is responsible for leading a team of engineers and managing large-scale projects that focus on artificial intelligence and machine learning. Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages such as Python, C, C++, Java, or JavaScript.
- 7 years of experience leading technical project strategy, ML design, and optimizing industry-scale ML infrastructure.
- 5 years of experience in a technical leadership role.
- 5 years of experience in a people management or team leadership role.
- 2 years of experience with state of the art GenAI techniques or related concepts.
Responsibilities
- Set and communicate team priorities that support the broader organization's goals.
- Develop the long-term technical vision and roadmap within and beyond the scope of your teams.
