• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Materials Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
• Certified Reliability/Quality Engineer (CRE/CQE) certification or equivalent experience.
• 5 years of experience in quality, manufacturing, or product engineering of cloud hardware technology or electronic hardware systems.
• Ability to travel up to 25% of the time as needed.

• Own the overall product quality process from development to production.
• Develop predictive failure models and track key quality metrics.
• Lead the resolution of product issues during manufacturing and field operations.
• Communicate technical information clearly to cross-functional teams and management.
• Develop and execute the product quality strategy for next-generation AI hardware systems.
