Job description

The Senior Software Engineer position focuses on AI and Infrastructure at Google, where engineers develop next-generation technologies that impact billions of users. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience programming in Python or C++.
  • 3 years of experience testing, maintaining, or launching software products.
  • 1 year of experience with software design and architecture.
  • 3 years of experience with ML infrastructure, including model deployment and optimization.

Responsibilities

  • Write and test product or system development code.
  • Collaborate with peers and stakeholders through design and code reviews.
  • Contribute to existing documentation and adapt content based on user feedback.
  • Triage product or system issues and debug by analyzing sources of issues.
  • Design and implement solutions in specialized ML areas and leverage ML infrastructure.
