This role is a senior technology leader within BCG's Global IT organization, focusing on the implementation of Dynamics 365 Sales in a government cloud environment. The position requires balancing strategic leadership with technical expertise to ensure a secure and compliant CRM capability. The candidate will oversee multiple vendors and system integrators while collaborating with various stakeholders to align the implementation with business goals. The role emphasizes governance, architecture, and long-term platform strategy.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience leading enterprise CRM or customer platform initiatives.
- Significant hands-on and leadership experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales.
- Experience delivering solutions in a government cloud or similarly regulated environment.
- Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 Sales architecture, Dataverse, and security model.
- U.S. citizenship and ability to satisfy government security clearance requirements.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end technical delivery for a Dynamics 365 Sales implementation.
- Oversee multiple vendors and system integrators responsible for design, build, test, deployment, and release activities.
- Establish governance for solution design decisions and release management.
- Ensure the implementation meets government cloud requirements for security and compliance.
- Drive architecture and design reviews covering Dynamics 365 Sales and related components.
