• 10+ years of experience leading enterprise CRM or customer platform initiatives.
• Significant hands-on and leadership experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales.
• Experience delivering solutions in a government cloud or similarly regulated environment.
• Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 Sales architecture, Dataverse, and security model.
• U.S. citizenship and ability to satisfy government security clearance requirements.

• Lead end-to-end technical delivery for a Dynamics 365 Sales implementation.
• Oversee multiple vendors and system integrators responsible for design, build, test, deployment, and release activities.
• Establish governance for solution design decisions and release management.
• Ensure the implementation meets government cloud requirements for security and compliance.
• Drive architecture and design reviews covering Dynamics 365 Sales and related components.
