Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in an analytical field such as Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, or a related field in HR
- 1-3 years of relevant work experience
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with large datasets
- Proficiency in Excel, including macros, VLOOKUP's, and pivot tables
- Ability to present results clearly using PowerPoint
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Responsibilities
- Provide analytical and execution support for the design of compensation programs
- Develop and maintain financial models to project the cost of compensation policies
- Support the coordination of annual market benchmarking cycles
- Collaborate with cross-functional HCM teams on compensation matters
- Identify opportunities to streamline data collection and reporting
- Prepare standard reporting, data visualizations, and summary materials for stakeholders
- Support the firmwide compensation process with a focus on data analytics and governance
