Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering.
- Professional Engineering registration (P.E.) or ability to obtain.
- 7-15 years of relevant professional experience in infrastructure building-related design projects.
- Ability to perform as a lead electrical engineer.
- Experience working in a multi-discipline team.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Solid working knowledge of the National Electrical Code.
Responsibilities
- Perform building electrical analysis and design for a wide range of projects.
- Produce technical reports, construction drawings, and technical specifications.
- Design medium and low voltage power distribution and motor control systems.
- Develop lighting systems, fire alarm, lightning protection, grounding, and security systems.
- Support high-quality power distribution and lighting calculations.
- Collaborate with clients, general contractors, and trade partners on project delivery.
