Job description

This role focuses on designing, developing, and maintaining AI agent systems to enhance customer security goals while adhering to Microsoft Zero Trust principles. Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field and 2+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python.
  • 2+ years of experience with Distributed Services.
  • Ability to meet Microsoft, customer, and/or government security screening requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain AI agent systems.
  • Build robust, scalable, and secure AI agent frameworks and applications.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features for AI agents.
  • Connect AI agents with internal and external knowledge sources while ensuring data privacy and compliance.
  • Perform on-call duties to support and resolve issues in production environments.
  • Continuously monitor agent performance and improve efficiency through feedback and automation.
  • Stay current with the latest AI technologies and contribute to process improvements.
