As a Junior Electrical Engineer in the Advanced Manufacturing group at Jacobs, you will contribute to the engineering and design of data centers and other mission-critical facilities. This role offers flexibility in location across the U.S. and emphasizes collaboration within a multi-discipline team environment. You will be involved in the design of power distribution systems, emergency systems, and low voltage communications systems. • Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or a related discipline
• 1 or more years of experience in engineering design of medium and low voltage distribution systems
• Extensive knowledge of and experience with industrial facility design
• Working knowledge of Revit or BIM software
• Solid working knowledge of NFPA 70 (NEC) is preferred

• Provide design work for data center facility power distribution systems and other electrical systems.
• Contribute to team technical collaboration and perform quality reviews of design packages.
• Assist directly with other portions of the design process and interact with clients and contractors.
• Establish design requirements and produce construction documents in a collaborative environment.
• Manage quality, scope, budget, and schedule for projects.
