This development position is focused on establishing and implementing new or revised applications within the Technology team. The role involves data extraction and analysis from various sources, with a specific emphasis on financial data and credit risk management. The candidate will work on building predictive and prescriptive models and will need to adapt to new technologies like LLM and GenAI. Collaboration with technology and business partners is essential to address complex business problems.

• 5+ years of industry experience as a data scientist, specializing in ML Modeling, Ranking, Recommendations, or Personalization systems.
• 5+ years of experience designing and developing scalable and reliable machine learning systems for training, inference, monitoring, and iteration.
• Strong background of ML/DL/LLM algorithms, model architectures, and training techniques.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, Spark, PySpark, TensorFlow or other analytical/model-building programming languages.
• Proficiency with tools and LLMs.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience in STEM.
• PhD or master’s degree in computer science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering or related field.

• Architect, design, and implement robust Python-based solutions.
• Lead global Technology Teams across different time zones, enabling a hybrid work model.
• Drive Object-Oriented Programming (OOPS) principle-based development and mentor team members.
• Partner with multiple management teams to ensure appropriate integration of functions.
• Resolve a variety of high impact problems/projects through in-depth evaluation.
• Provide expertise in area and advanced knowledge of applications programming.
• Utilize advanced knowledge of system flow and develop standards for coding, testing, debugging, and implementation.
• Develop comprehensive knowledge of how areas of business integrate to accomplish goals.
• Provide in-depth analysis with interpretive thinking to define issues and develop innovative solutions.
• Serve as advisor or coach to mid-level developers and analysts, allocating work as necessary.
• Implement Unit Testing and TDD to ensure software quality and maintainability.
• Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made.
