This role involves leading the design and delivery of cloud-native software and infrastructure for customer integration. • 5+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
• 5+ years of programming experience with at least one software programming language
• 5+ years of experience leading design or architecture of new and existing systems
• Experience as a mentor or tech lead for an engineering team
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
• Hands-on experience with generative AI technology
• 7+ years of experience in the full software development life cycle
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices
• AWS certification

• Own team-level architecture and provide system-wide design guidance.
• Lead projects that require collaboration among multiple engineers.
• Design and deliver software systems throughout the full lifecycle.
• Set and drive the adoption of engineering best practices within the team.
• Solve complex problems while simplifying solutions.
• Balance speed of delivery with long-term architectural requirements.
• Build consensus across the team when faced with differing technical viewpoints.
• Actively coach and mentor engineers to foster their growth.
• Communicate technical designs and decisions effectively to various audiences.
• Ensure strong operational practices within the team.
• Obtain and maintain AWS Certifications.
• Travel to customer sites occasionally, approximately 20%.
