• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a technical field, or a minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in the US.
• 8+ years of experience as a Software Engineer and 5+ years in automation or platform tooling.
• Strong proficiency in Python for ML/LLM workflows and advanced skills in TypeScript and Node for platform services.
• Experience with RESTful/GraphQL APIs and automated testing frameworks.
• Expertise in retrieval and RAG technologies such as Pinecone, Qdrant, and OpenSearch.

• Prototype quickly and tie engineering efforts to business outcomes.
• Build and extend the quality platform, including orchestration, retrieval, evaluation harnesses, and APIs.
• Apply modern AI/ML techniques to expand automated coverage and reduce test flakiness.
• Improve the reliability of shared CI/test infrastructure and operate a CI runner fleet.
• Create deterministic test data and manage golden dataset versioning and lineage.
