Job description

This role is for a Program Manager in Apple's Hardware Program Management organization, focusing on leading silicon validation hardware programs from design to production. The position requires creativity in problem-solving and the ability to adapt to new technical areas. The Program Manager will work closely with silicon validation engineers to ensure timely delivery of advanced silicon products. This individual contributor role is part of a high-caliber team dedicated to driving innovation in chip development.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
  • Coursework and/or internship experience in hardware design and/or project management
  • Experience in project or program management within a hardware, semiconductor, silicon validation, or systems engineering environment
  • Foundational understanding of hardware development and the board design lifecycle
  • Strong communication and leadership skills to drive alignment across teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving instincts

Responsibilities

  • Lead silicon validation hardware programs from initial board design through factory builds and field deployment
  • Manage complex, multi-functional programs with aggressive schedules and technical dependencies
  • Drive alignment across engineering, operations, and leadership stakeholders
  • Support silicon bring-up and post-silicon validation environments
  • Ensure timely delivery of silicon products from first bring-up to production release
