The Field Applications Engineer at NVIDIA focuses on datacenter system and network design for AI computing. • BS or MS in Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Physics, or Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of work-related experience in the high-tech electronics industry in a system design role or technical customer support role.
• In-depth knowledge of servers, storage systems, network devices, and other data center hardware.
• Strong written and oral communication skills in English.

• Provide onsite support for large datacenter deployments of NVIDIA AI solutions.
• Solve complex hardware and deployment issues.
• Act as a technical specialist on GPU and networking products supporting sales account managers.
• Establish technical relationships with customer engineers, management, and architects.
• Identify customer architectures and key product requirements in the enterprise AI market.
• Provide technical and sales training to the direct sales team and channel partners.
• Establish strong relationships and communication channels with internal teams.
