Job description

NVIDIA is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join the Software Engineering FP&A Organization at the Santa Clara campus. This role focuses on providing high-level financial and business analysis to support decision-making and improve financial performance. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and communication skills, and will thrive in a dynamic environment. The position involves building partnerships with engineering leaders and leveraging AI tools to enhance financial analysis.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in finance, Data Science, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • 8+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably within global high-tech.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and executive presentation skills.
  • Advanced financial modeling skills with the ability to convey business insight.
  • Experience with AI-enabled tools and technologies such as SAP ECC, S4 and BPC, Power BI, or SQL.

Responsibilities

  • Build strong partnerships with engineering leaders to align spending with key objectives.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of technology and company strategy to analyze investments.
  • Prepare forecasts for investments and analyze quarterly variances to identify risks and opportunities.
  • Establish efficient processes for monthly and quarterly close and performance reporting.
  • Leverage AI-enabled tools to accelerate financial analysis and enhance forecast accuracy.
