The IT Senior Global Supply Manager at Rivian will manage the IT Software category for Product Development, Engineering, and Manufacturing. This role focuses on overseeing commercial aspects of business awards, negotiating software licensing agreements, and building partnerships with suppliers and internal stakeholders. The successful candidate will drive the sourcing process and ensure suppliers meet Rivian's objectives for cost, quality, and timelines. This position is part of the Indirect Procurement team and requires a strong understanding of strategic sourcing and supplier management.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or Engineering.
• A minimum of 3 years of indirect procurement experience.
• 3+ years of relevant Information Technology (IT) related software licensing experience.
• Experience with ERP systems and purchase order processing, preferably Coupa.
• Proficiency in SAP, Coupa, and AI tools.

• Lead projects with medium to large vehicle spend for IT Software.
• Drive the competitive bid process and manage reviews with leadership oversight.
• Conduct spend analysis and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Negotiate commercial terms and software licensing agreements.
• Build and maintain relationships with strategic suppliers.
