Job description

Requirements

  • Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Industrial Engineering, Computer Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • 1 year of experience in inventory management and Clear-to-Build (CTB) risk assessments.
  • 1 year of experience conducting data modeling and statistical simulations using advanced Excel, Tableau, and internal tools.
  • 1 year of experience leading new product launches using project management tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
  • 1 year of experience preparing and presenting executive-level reports in PowerPoint or Keynote.
  • 1 year of experience managing supplier relationships and coordinating build readiness through ERP/MRP systems.
  • 1 year of experience utilizing Agile PLM software for Bill of Materials (BOM) analysis.
  • 1 year of experience managing budgets and financial tracking using internal procurement tools.
  • 1 year of experience driving Lean, Six Sigma, and Kanban initiatives to improve supply chain processes.
  • 1 year of experience executing demand planning and material scheduling using ERP/MRP systems.

Responsibilities

  • Own strategic material planning, readiness, sourcing, and end-to-end procurement for NPI programs.
  • Develop supply chain and material flow models using advanced analytics tools.
  • Lead allocation and risk mitigation strategies for constrained materials across factories and programs.
  • Identify and mitigate Excess & Obsolete (E&O) material risks using predictive analytics and inventory management systems.
  • Manage Clear-to-Build (CTB) readiness, global logistics, and production scheduling through ERP/MRP systems.
  • Prepare and present executive-level reports on material readiness and risk impacts during program reviews.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, and data-driven process optimization.
