Candidates will work in a dynamic environment that values innovation and diversity.

  • 2 years of experience in working with NoSQL or distributed data stores such as Redis, Apache Solr, Memcached, and Cassandra
  • 1 year of experience in applying critical thinking skills to drive technical innovation initiatives

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement highly scalable RESTful APIs to support customer-facing features and third-party integrations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional engineering, product, and operations teams to deliver new features and improvements
  • Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve performance, scalability, and reliability issues in distributed systems
  • Modernize legacy systems by converting monolithic applications into microservices with automated CI/CD pipelines
  • Build performant, secure, and scalable server-side services used by millions of global customers
  • Improve developer experience by creating and maintaining internal tools, libraries, and APIs

Benefits

  • Employees at Apple are often offered comprehensive benefits that support physical and mental well-being—flexible medical plans, confidential counseling, onsite wellness centers at major campuses, and resources for fitness and daily life. Families typically receive fertility support, paid parental leave with gradual return, caregiving leave, and dependent-care guidance, while financial perks commonly include stock grants (with purchase discounts), 401(k) matching, and income-protection coverage. Employees also see robust time off, Apple University learning and tuition reimbursement, donation matching and paid volunteer hours, and deep product and partner discounts.
