Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science or a related field.
- 3 years of experience in developing and testing large scale web applications using Object-Oriented programming languages such as Java or Python.
- 3 years of experience in performing REST API automation testing.
- 3 years of experience in writing test automation frameworks.
- 3 years of experience with cloud technologies, including AWS and Docker.
- 3 years of experience with Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
- 3 years of experience utilizing Software Development Lifecycle processes.
- 3 years of experience in testing methodologies and Quality Assurance Processes.
- 2 years of experience in developing web applications using HTML, CSS, and Javascript.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks and suites using Java-based frameworks.
- Collaborate closely with software engineers, product managers, and other stakeholders.
- Implement and execute test plans and test cases to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
- Perform API testing using tools like REST Assured.
- Define requirements and propose solutions to streamline the testing process.
- Engage in technical dialogues with the engineering team to understand software workflows.
- Deliver timely updates on testing status and quality metrics to stakeholders.
- Debug and resolve complex technical issues.
- Advocate for superior software testing practices within the team.
