The Electrical Engineering Manager at KLA leads a team of up to 7 engineers focused on the design and development of electrical and control systems for advanced reticle inspection platforms. This role emphasizes technical leadership and cross-functional coordination to ensure successful product development cycles. The manager will oversee system-level electrical architecture and integration for complex semiconductor capital equipment. The position requires a strong commitment to innovation and performance management within the team.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 6+ years of relevant experience with proven ability to lead, including 2+ years of management experience
- Strong expertise in electrical system design for complex equipment
- Hands-on experience with PLC systems, specifically Allen-Bradley and/or Beckhoff
- Experience with ultra-high vacuum systems and precision motion systems
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of electrical interconnect systems and cable architecture
- Manage, mentor, and develop a team of up to 7 engineers
- Ensure designs meet performance, reliability, serviceability, and cost targets
- Drive the team through the full product lifecycle from concept to release
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and customer specifications
