• BS/MS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a similar field.
• 5+ years of hardware design experience.
• Hands-on experience in high-speed VLSI design.

• Familiarity with programming languages such as Perl, C, and Tcl.

• Perform high-speed VLSI design in deep submicron fabrication processes.
• Collaborate with chip architects and designers across multiple sites to optimize power, performance, area, and schedule.
