Xilinx, Inc., a subsidiary of AMD, is seeking a Silicon Design Engineer to contribute to the research, design, development, and testing of electronic components and systems for semiconductor manufacturing. • Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in developing synthesizable RTL (SystemVerilog / Verilog) for complex digital blocks.
• Experience in implementing control logic, datapaths, state machines, and protocol engines.
• Knowledge of design techniques, tools, and principles related to electronics.

• Research, design, develop, and test electronic components and systems for semiconductor manufacturing.
• Perform definition, design, verification, and documentation for ASIC development.
• Determine architecture design, logic design, and system simulation.
• Define module interfaces and formats for simulation.
• Contribute to the development of multidimensional designs involving the layout of complex integrated circuits.
• Evaluate all aspects of the process flow from high-level designs to synthesis, place and route, and timing and power use.
