Job description

The Expert Consultant role at FRWD focuses on driving key workstreams related to B2B marketing within Bain & Company's integrated casework. This position involves collaborating with client teams and leveraging data-driven insights to address complex marketing challenges. The consultant will be part of a community of expert practitioners dedicated to delivering actionable results and transforming marketing strategies. The role requires a blend of strategic thinking, analytical skills, and expertise in various marketing domains.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of relevant industry experience in marketing roles with clear leadership experience.
  • Demonstrated marketing experience within B2B.
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
  • Exceptional strategic thinking and analytical skills.
  • Strong expertise in the digital media landscape and industry best practices.
  • Exceptional planning and organizational skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Willingness and ability to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Drive key workstreams and deliver results to meet client expectations.
  • Partner with generalist Bain consultants in a blended team environment.
  • Lead a wide range of analyses and deliver insightful outputs.
  • Leverage proficiency in digital platforms to gather data and generate insights.
  • Build trusting relationships with clients and communicate insights clearly.
  • Transform marketing insights into actionable strategic recommendations.
  • Contribute to FRWD strategy and operations, including internal initiatives.
