This role involves senior leadership in delivering AI-enabled transformation for various industrial sectors, including automotive and aerospace. You will work with QuantumBlack, AI by McKinsey teams to create production-ready AI solutions and drive measurable outcomes. The position requires collaboration with client service teams to shape AI agendas and lead end-to-end solution delivery. You will also mentor teams and oversee multiple deployments while ensuring high-impact insights and recommendations are delivered to clients.

• Deep experience in applying AI and analytics to industrial sectors with hands-on understanding of relevant data and technology environments.
• 7+ years of experience applying data science, advanced analytics, and AI in client-facing or senior stakeholder settings.
• Experience designing and scaling modern AI solutions, including production-grade machine learning and generative AI.
• Experience with data migrations, IT transformations, or enterprise implementations of CRM or ERP systems.
• Demonstrated leadership of multidisciplinary engineering and analytics teams, including managing distributed and offshore teams.
• Strong expertise with major cloud platforms and fluency in modern AI and data stacks.
• Flexibility to travel between 40–80%.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with a proven track record of establishing successful client relationships.
